Referral Agent Terms and Conditions:

I understand as a referral agent, I will refer potential borrowers to FBC Funding, LLC and earn a referral fee for any closed loan of .5% of the loan amount. I further understand for a referral to be a qualified referral all I need to do is submit name, phone number and email address of the potential client. If said potential client requires funding for one of the products we offer and client has not been referred by another agent, they will be a qualified referral and I will get paid for any loan funded by FBC for as long as I am an active referral agent.

I can also be paid by referring referral agents. I will be paid a referral fee of .20% of any closed loan of a referral agent I refer as long as I am an active referral agent.

An active referral agent is one who has submitted at least one qualified referral within the last 3 months.

I also understand referral fees are paid on the 15th of the month following the month we are paid for the closing.
